This hub indexes all operational runbooks in workspace/docs/ — step-by-step procedures for recurring operational tasks, protocol definitions, and system configuration guides. Check this hub before writing a new procedure; if a runbook already exists for a task, link to it rather than re-documenting inline. 20 files live in workspace/docs/ (16 runbooks + 4 archived/HTML). Curator: claude. Review cadence: on-demand when runbooks are added or superseded.
